Spicy Chipotle Wedges With Plum Sauce

  • 1.5kg baby organic potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Mrs Dash salt free Southwest Chipotle seasoning
  • 1 head organic cos (romaine) lettuce
Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Scrub the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper - make sure they don't touch each other. Shake over the seasoning and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Wrap the wedges in the lettuce and dipped them in low sodium plum sauce.
