Scrambled Tofu Recipe

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Himalayan salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, finely diced
1 pack firm tofu, well drained
Coconut oil
In a small bowl, mix together nutritional yeast, turmeric, cumin, paprika, water, salt & pepper. Crumble tofu in and mix it well
Sautee the onion and garlic in 2 tsp coconut oil for about 2 minutes. Add tofu and cook for another couple of minutes, stirring well

Serve with all your favorite veggies and sides! I had mine with Ruby sauerkraut (recipe is here) fresh coriander from my garden, avocado, aioli (recipe is here) and smoked kelp (kelp is amazing for getting your daily iodine requirements so I put it on all my meals!)
