Raw Apple Crumble

I made this with Natvia (a natural sweetener) to keep it sweet but still fresh, without compromising the taste. Its such a delicious little dessert and so easy to make! You can either eat it fresh as is, or if you have a dehydrator and you're good at planning ahead (I never am!) dehydrate it for 8 hours or overnight. BASE: 2 small organic apples 1 teaspoon Natvia 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon warm water TOPPING: 1 tablespoon shredded coconut 1 tablespoon sliced almonds 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts 1 tablespoon finely chopped Medjool dates 1 tablespoon crushed freeze dried raspberries (optional) IMG_8556 Cut, core then finely slice the apples - up to you if you want to peel them, I prefer to leave it on. Layer the slices in a small dish. Mix together the lemon juice, cinnamon, water and Nativa then pour over the apple slices. Mix together all the topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Serve with a spoonful of coconut yogurt IMG_8555
