Parsley – Garnish, or Superfood?

Parsley - do you see it as just a little garnish on the side of your plate at a restaurant that usually gets pushed aside? 

Did you know it's actually one of the cheapest easiest ways to get a ton of nutrition into your body? 

It grows so easily in your garden or even just a pot. I'm a super low maintenance gardener & only grow things that take care of themselves, & parsley definitely fits that description! It grows like a weed. So there's 100% free AND organic greens anytime you want them 

They're high in Vit K, C & A, folate & iron as well as having a ton of other benefits like being naturally detoxing & anti inflammatory.

To use -

  • Throw a handful into a smoothie
  • Chop it finely and put it into a salad or scrambled eggs
  • Chop finely and stir it through almost any dish. I do this often with our main meals to add a big dose of extra greens
