Italiano Pizza

  • 1 gluten free pizza base (I use the Freedom brand).
  • 50g organic tomato paste
  • 4 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Tonzu organic tofu sausages, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, diced.

Preheat oven to 230C.
Spread tomato paste over base. Arrange the sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage and onion over top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Add basil & bake for another 3-4 minutes. Serve topped with avocado.
