Chocolate Hazelnut Cups

These delicious little sweets are perfect to serve up for dessert if you're having friends over.  More than a little bit indulgent, I bet they wouldn't even know that they're raw and vegan unless you told them!

1/2 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Mix together well. Put a spoonful into mini muffin trays (or you can use regular muffin trays) and put in the freezer until set hard.

1/2 cup vegan chocolate hazelnut butter (I use Poppy & Olive
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil

Mix together well and put a spoonful over top of the almond butter mixture. Sprinkle some cacao nibs over for extra crunch, and keep in the freezer until required.
