I love how easy & super quick these are to make, plus you can make them ahead of time as they last for several days in the fridge! Always use organic berries as commercial crops have high levels of toxic pesticide residues.
- 1 cup almond milk (or any nut milk, see here for recipe to make your own)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground vanilla
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- OPTIONAL: 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
