Berries, ice cream and chocolate - it's what dreams are made of! Especially when it's vegan, refined sugar free and healthy.
I made the chocolate sauce with Du Chocolat which is a sugar free/dairy free hot chocolate mix. You can get it at most supermarkets or online at www.duchocolat.com.au
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon ground vanilla or vanilla paste
2 Medjool dates, pitted
Blend together 1 banana, the vanilla, 1 date and 1/3 a cup of the almond milk. Pour into jar.
Blend together the remaining almond milk, banana, date and the berries. Pour over top.
1 rounded teaspoon @du_chocolat
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
Mix together and pour over top (It will set hard like chocolate crackle). Enjoy!
